Retreats & Spiritual Experiences

Step Away. Listen. Return Renewed.

Sometimes we need to step away from the pace and noise of everyday life to hear more clearly what is stirring within us.

Retreats provide intentional space for prayer, silence, reflection, spiritual conversation, and renewed awareness of God's presence.

Retreats & Spiritual Experiences

Rooted in contemplative and Franciscan spirituality, retreat experiences may incorporate Scripture, guided reflection, journaling, nature, silence, spiritual direction, and contemplative practices.

Each experience creates intentional space to step away from everyday routines, listen more deeply, and become more attentive to God's presence.

Who Are Retreats For?

Retreat experiences can create meaningful space for individuals and communities seeking prayer, reflection, discernment, and a deeper awareness of God's presence.

Individuals

For those seeking intentional time away for prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

Small Groups

For communities wanting to deepen connection through shared prayer, reflection, and contemplative practices.

Churches & Parishes

For faith communities seeking meaningful opportunities for spiritual formation, discernment, and renewal.

Organizations & Communities

For groups looking to create intentional space for reflection, connection, and spiritual growth.

What a Retreat May Include

Each retreat experience may look different depending on the individual, group, theme, and setting. Experiences may incorporate:

Prayer & Silence

Intentional space to become still and attentive to God's presence.

Scripture & Guided Reflection

Prayerful reflection designed to invite deeper listening and discernment.

Journaling & Contemplative Practices

Practices that create space to notice, reflect, and respond to what may be stirring within.

Spiritual Conversation

Opportunities for meaningful conversation, spiritual direction, and shared reflection.

Retreat Experiences

Retreat experiences can be shaped around particular seasons, themes, spiritual questions, or the needs of an individual or community.

Whether through a private experience or a gathering in community, each retreat is designed to create intentional space for prayer, reflection, deep listening, and renewed awareness of God's presence.

Spiritual Direction Walks

Walk • Listen • Discern

Spiritual Direction doesn't always have to take place sitting across from one another.

A Spiritual Direction Walk creates space for prayerful conversation while walking outdoors. Movement, creation, silence, and conversation can help us experience discernment differently and become more attentive to God's presence around and within us.

The simplicity of walking together reflects something deeply Franciscan: encountering God through creation, presence, and relationship.

Perhaps you don't need another answer.

Perhaps you need a place to listen.

If you feel drawn to spiritual direction, group discernment or a retreat experience, I invite you to begin with a conversation.
