My Story
I didn't become a spiritual director because I had all the answers. I became one because I discovered the transformative power of being deeply listened to and of learning to recognize God's presence in the ordinary movements of life.
My approach to spiritual direction is rooted in Catholic and Franciscan spirituality, biblical and theological formation, contemplative listening, and a deep respect for each person's unique relationship with God.
My formation through Loyola University Chicago and my work in spiritual direction have taught me that discernment isn't about someone else telling us what to do. It's about creating enough stillness to recognize what God may already be revealing within us.
My role isn't to provide answers. It's to accompany you to listen, ask questions, notice movements of the Spirit, and create a prayerful space where you can listen more deeply yourself.
People from different Christian traditions and spiritual backgrounds are welcome.

Encountering God through simplicity, presence, creation, compassion, gratitude, peace, and joy.

Allowing God’s Word to illuminate the questions and experiences of everyday life with wisdom and hope.
Holy Listening
Creating a sacred space where the soul can speak and be heard without interruption, allowing for deeper self-discovery.
My ministry is rooted in Catholic tradition while remaining welcoming to people from different Christian traditions and spiritual backgrounds. You do not need to share my background to be welcomed, respected, and accompanied.
Why I Love This Work
One of the greatest privileges of this ministry is witnessing people recognize God's presence in places they hadn't expected.
Sometimes that happens during seasons of joy.
Sometimes in grief.
Sometimes while discerning a difficult decision.
No matter where someone begins, I believe every story is sacred, and every person deserves a place where they can be heard with compassion and hope.
