Individual Spiritual Direction
One-on-one spiritual direction offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, pray, and become more attentive to God's presence in your everyday life.

Together, we listen for the movements of the Spirit through your experiences, relationships, questions, hopes, and challenges.

Most people meet monthly for a 60-minute session, either in person or via Zoom.
Group Spiritual Direction
Group spiritual direction brings together a small circle of people committed to deep listening, prayerful reflection, and spiritual companionship.

Rather than offering advice or discussion, participants learn to listen attentively for God's presence within their own stories while honoring the experiences of others.

Many people discover that hearing another person's journey often reveals something new about their own.

No previous experience with spiritual direction is necessary. Available both in person and online.
Retreats & Guided Reflection
Retreats and guided reflection experiences may be available by inquiry for individuals, small groups, teams, ministries, or organizations.
Future retreat offerings may draw from Franciscan spirituality, Ignatian discernment, Holy Listening, and conversations of soul and purpose.
Suggested Contribution
Spiritual direction is a professional practice of accompaniment. Suggested contributions help support preparation, continued formation, supervision, and the time dedicated to each session.
