My Story
I didn't become a spiritual director because I had all the answers.

I became one because I've experienced the power of being deeply listened to.
Over the years, my own journey of faith has been shaped by Scripture, Franciscan spirituality, prayer, and accompanying others through seasons of joy, uncertainty, discernment, and change.

Again and again, I've witnessed how God often speaks most clearly when we slow down enough to listen.

That experience continues to shape the way I accompany every person I meet.
What You Can Expect
When we meet together, my role is not to tell you what decisions to make or provide easy answers. Instead, I promise to offer:
My full attention
Deep listening
Prayerful presence
Compassion without judgment
Gentle questions that invite reflection
Respect for your unique spiritual journey
I trust that God is already at work in your life. Together, we'll simply make space to notice.
What Shapes My Ministry
Instead of listing influences, I believe it's more helpful to explain them through these three core pillars of my approach to spiritual accompaniment.
Franciscan Spirituality
Finding God in everyday life through simplicity, gratitude, humility, and joy.
Scripture
Allowing God's Word to illuminate life's questions with wisdom and hope.
Spiritual Companionship
Believing transformation happens through compassionate presence, deep listening, and authentic relationship.
Why I Love This Work
One of the greatest privileges of this ministry is witnessing people recognize God's presence in places they hadn't expected.
Â
Sometimes that happens during seasons of joy.
Sometimes in grief.
Sometimes while discerning a difficult decision.
Â
No matter where someone begins, I believe every story is sacred, and every person deserves a place where they can be heard with compassion and hope.

Let's Begin with a Conversation
Choosing a spiritual director is a personal decision.
An introductory conversation gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what you're seeking, and discern whether this feels like the right fit.
Whether you're interested in individual spiritual direction or exploring a group experience, I'd be honored to accompany you.
